Re: Project outreach dead ?
Now I just need some more able people... That's where I think you missed Yeti's point. If you have the drive to do it yourself whether or not you have assistance, then you have a chance (provided that you also have an overabundance of time). But there are just so few modders here now, and most who ...

That Anuad fresco is awesome. Fantastic work! (great work on the others too, but it's just sweet seeing the Anuad visualized like that).
Somebody should post these to the PT tumblr feed in an album!

Re: Ubisoft uses misleading advertising for HoMM7
To be honest, I had never had an issue with Ubisoft before. After Heroes 5 and 6 (which, despite what anyone else says about them, I really enjoyed), Ubisoft was on my list of publishers that I actually liked. I had even gotten over the double DRM with Uplay and Steam. So, perhaps somewhat naively I...

Ubisoft uses misleading advertising for HoMM7
I pre-ordered the HoMM7 Collector's Edition and Ubisoft tried to pull a fast one by not even shipping it with a game. They wouldn't even acknowledge their mistake when I and many others complained about it on their forums. This affected all the US customers but not the EU. I helped raise awareness b...

Re: Show us what you're working on
Yeah, I figured it might be the CS. I definitely like the effect of the more well kept palisades with stone integration. I think as Worsas said, maybe those columns could use some wood framing or something. But as a mockup, I like it!

Re: Show us what you're working on
I'm thinking about going down a path where when Maormer die they can leave water elementals/spirits behind as vestiges. Their version of a ghost. They probably wouldn't be sentient as they would be residual soul energy but not associated with the mer's animus. Large portions of the ruins will likely...

Re: Show us what you're working on
I'm not fully versed on the design direction you guys have for Skyrim, but I think it's a good looking palisade. Would the block-tower-nodes get some more mesh detail? Neat idea for a thread! I mocked up a Maormeri ruin for Lyithdonea - there will be 1+ hidden/buried in the mod as it was previously ...

Claims granted!
Just so you know, I have created the other claims maps which you can look at in this thread, I just haven't created the threads and descriptions for them yet. If anything else strikes your fancy, just let me know.
Thanks again, griff! I appreciate all the help I can get.

Is there a lore basis for aquamarine being in Skyrim? Just curious as I landed on putting aquamarine as a resource in Lyithdonea.

Hey! - Is there any kind of lighting guidelines ? I like to have some variety from building to building, so no requirements or anything. But, in general, the fog setting should be set to 0.75 (unless it's a tavern or something) and the lighting should be on the darker end of the spectrum. These seti...

Re: Interested in helping
Hey, griff! I would welcome the help with interiors. In order to start making an interior for Lyithdonea, you need to download the main file and then just make your plugin dependent on "MD_Azurian Isles.esm" and use the resources from the master file. Let me know if there's anything in par...

Re: Arrianas Claims!
I agree with you there. Being careful about stuff and maintaining best practices for interior creation can help reduce the need for clean up later on. I'm just saying that at the moment, I'll take 10 good but potentially buggy interiors over 1 perfectly clean interior.

Yeah... minor bug fixing can come later for this project. For right now, I'm looking at getting the massive amount of interior cell content in there first.

I just want to give a quick status update to say that I am still around, and this project hasn't died or anything (it never dies, just sleeps every now and then). I've just been focusing my modding efforts on ModTown 2015 at the moment since the deadline is quickly drawing near for that project. I'm...

Hey arrianas, Sorry about the exorbitant delay in my response. I have also been quite busy with other things (both in my life and in modding). I'm still here, I'm just focusing on ModTown 2015 at the moment as it has a much closer deadline... I'm happy to hear that you are still working on these and...

Re: Notes on Direnni ruins
Hey, you guys may already be aware of this, but I just found this document as I was looking up Stone Atronachs and saw it mentioned some Direnni classes/professions: Battlereeves and Sapiarchs. Not sure if you're having undead Direnni in your mod, but I just thought that could be useful info. And th...

Re: Old TES games are now on GOG
Yeah I just saw this posted over on Bethesda's forums. I'm very excited about this. I don't need Arena and Daggerfall since they were in the Anthology. But I am super excited about Battlespire and Redguard finally being available again. I've wanted to play Battlespire for a while to delve into the D...

Wrye Mash Installers? I've been using this approach with my ModTown stuff for the most part. I use it for testing Lyithdonea on my modded installation as well (I can just copy my installer folder over to the new installation).

Thanks for the dj report. I'll take a look at that mesh. Something strange is going on with the fire grass. When I was running my tests initially it was fine, abot found something similar to what you're showing but when I looked at it, I could not recreate the issue. So I'll take another peek... I'm...

That'll be a fun place to include then, I think! I'll be happy to have a nice dungeon for people to explore. Ended up making the entire Waistworks for one of the Manor District cantons to create the entrance for your first tomb! Turned out pretty well I think. The highlighted doormarker is the entra...
