Perhaps when Talos shouted down the walls of Hroldan, the resulting shockwave shattered the rocks for miles around, leaving the gravel and dead trees of the sundered hills?

pre-merge backup. Quest nearly completed pending some tweaks and scripting on the books themselves. Can be expanded for more hidden codexes in future.

Hi Trey, I believe you've cracked it, I checked the interior and only found 1-2 small errors now. Please acccept my recommendation for promotion to Interiors . Someone with the right permissions should be along to add you to the usergroup and you'll have forum access on downloads and interior forums...

What about a claim further out towards Lainalten way? If not, we should find wolli some new claim he can have, he is keen! :)

Did Carnas' house get nixed by Yeti in the latest mainfile? I can move the 'murder victim' to another house if that's the case; also if that is the case, any preference in which, else I'll pick one that looks unimportant.

For the 'golden amulet' quest, I got the rumour that pointed me to the fisherman Kaya, so I went down to the docks to find him but it turned out he was in the town just wandering about. I don't know if you could add a hint to his location somewhere.

There is already a 'direnni codex' in tarnwasel now, so placing another in Mirilstern would allow for 2 leads for Aladoer so far. We can add more to significant direnni ruins (there should be one languishing on a forgotten shelf in markarth or something) in the future.

OK so now we have a NPC'd Karthgad/Karthwasten the work on the quests can begin. What sort of number of quests want to be done for a release candidate? There is a mini-vault in the tower to fill with loot or perhaps one of teh sought out direnni registers for the KW quest

I like the wood-wall-structure as it currently is because of the extra height, it makes it look like something more imposed upon the city than the outer walls.

This is pretty cool. Is it connected to the underground escape tunnel? Also what is to be done about the remaining 2 claims I am sitting on; originally the plan was for them to all link underground, is that still the case? No worries if not. :)

Looks good. It would be cool to add a line to Nauk gra-Olad's dialogue acknowledging when the spikeworms have been cleared. Maybe some small reward of a silver nugget or something.

A few typos, nothing that can't be fixed within a wip file. Irja Red-World is labelled as Irja Red-wolf in the dialogue; I prefer Irja Red-World fwiw! Much more Bend'r-mahk veteran. If you have a good concept for the underground portion muspila, feel free to start it. The connection to the underground and the escape tunnel can easily be added to my 2 towers.
