Bull Rings could be nice. Silver and ebony:

Some simpler rings for Colovia (expensive and common):

Re: Amulets, Belts and Rings
I think of Colovia as a mix of Greek and Roman with eastern European additions, including Romania and of course, the Slavs. So some similar belts might do.

Re: My Interior Showcase
How about now? I think I fixed most of it, hopefully all of it. Added a publican, just to show where exactly I planned for him to be. Yes, he is supposed to be a Camonna Tong, just like this whole brothel aka cornerclub. Locked the door on the first floor. Slightly changed pathgrid, added North Mark...

Thank you both, guys, for the constructive criticism :D . I expected a few mistakes on my part, just because of the lack of experience. Yeah, stuff like North Marker and Illegal to Sleep completely slipped through my mind. I will try fixing all of the issues you've pointed out and will upload a fixe...

Re: Cyrodiil Creatures
Does this sound agreeable, at least as a starting point? I feel that this gives us a baseline for designing new creatures within a consistent/logical ecology. Yeah, the base premise is very solid, I am not going to argue. I think there could be additional creatures later on, like the ogres (as alte...

My Interior Showcase
Yeah, wanted to contribute a little more to the projects, so I decided to try my hand at interiors. Maybe I can do some of more menial tasks for awhile. I am not very experienced with modding Morrowind so far, but I've had some experience + Oblivion modding experience. This is actually first interio...

Re: Armors of Cyrodiil
Cool armor, I like it! And yeah, even though in real life I would consider them different in real life, they would be too similar in game like Morrowind. At least I am moving in the right direction, right? What about scale armor like that: [hsimg=]http://i.imgur.com/agcrPnp.jpg[/hsimg] And I was thi...

These look great! I am actually digging the mask as well But I suppose if masks are from Mananauts then they don't belong on regular Battlemages. But the armor design is still great.

Re: Cyrodiil Creatures
And, I'm sorry if this sounds rude, but the only esthetic I get from this assembly of creatures is a Dungeons & Dragons Monster Manual. Don't be sorry, Infragris, as far as I am concerned your vision is central here. And having a vision is incredibly important for the project this big to be coh...

Re: Cyrodiil Creatures
No, you are definitely right about Cyclops association, I am just not sure if that's a bad thing in itself. That was kinda the point, but to make it somewhat subtle. I think I am okay with your ideas and I do rather like them, but not sure about the visual design. Goblins and orcs are very different...

Re: Cyrodiil Creatures
Regarding the ogre picture - okay, but isn't it a bit too orcish now? I mean looks more like a big orc to me, not sure about it. Legs are cool, but I still think something like what I posted is a bit more fitting, though it's just my thought. I am okay with Bloodborne style for hydras, but I am not ...

Re: Cyrodiil Creatures
About ogres: Yeah, I would agree with these things, definitely. Makes sense from both lore and world building perspective. Especially the name idea is good, they need a cool name. Maybe even leave them to be known as Ogres to the general population, kinda emphasizes connection to Ogrims and Malacath...

Re: Cyrodiil Creatures
By the way, any thoughts on Ogres? How important are they? Could they be replaced with Cyclops? These would fit into the same niche, but I feel that they would be less generic fantasy and more Imperial theme. It's a small touch and the only difference is style. One is more mythological, another is m...

Re: Armors of Cyrodiil
Maybe something like these for Bruma/Falkreath guards? It seems more uniform than what you would expect of Skyrim, but kinda Nordic at the same time. I personally can see some similarities with both Nordic and Imperial style. Plus masked helmet looks cool :D What do you guys think? [hsimg=]http://i....

Re: Cartography
River transportation actually makes so much sense in the region! Almost all settlements would be positioned near the water and should be reachable on boats. It's a nice touch. The wilderness probably will be much more dangerous since soldiers won't be able to patrol it properly.

Oh no, don't take any of my word as a demand or something, I myself only say some of my thoughts out loud. It's kinda like a brain storming process. Maybe some of my ideas will find reflection in what the team actually wants to achieve. I do not favour mythical Greek creatures per se, I myself am ve...

Re: Cyrodiil Creatures
Lamias are probably going to be underwater creature, so they shouldn't compete with Tsaesci. More like vicious mermaids, but antique. Something snake-like like on the picture could still be used and called Echidna, for example. But I am not sure, there are already Tsaesci as you said. Agree on the h...

Re: Cyrodiil Creatures
If we are talking about a specific theme, the most obvious choice for Cyrodiil is the antique mythology. Imperials clearly have connection to Romans, thus it is kinda obvious. As such, it might be boring to see many mythical creatures, because they are very common in games, but they could be somehow...

Don't worry Saint_Jiub, your job is actually fantastic and I can totally see your point with creatures. The designs are great and they are pretty consistent. It's just that Cyrodiil is so huge and has so many themes going on that it's almost impossible to grasp a single direction IMHO (not for me to...

Re: Cyrodiil Creatures

Right now many ideas are thrown around. I myself am on a fence about real creatures vs. fantasy creatures. Probably would pref...

I actually really love these concepts. The style is simple and elegant, very fitting for Morrowind engine. It's really catchy. I do like the concepts themselves as well, even fauna ones Just because I don't mind creatures from real world does not mean that I am opposed to some cool alternatives.

Re: Major Themes of Cyrodiil
I was thinking about writing here, since it's not really related to creatures and discussions about Cyrodiil theme were becoming very apparent there. I think that I personally perceive Empire as a mix of traditional Roman Empire and modern day US (in Bethesda's games, I am not saying it should be li...

True, true. Many good points. Though, you could do spiders or scorpions just as interesting if need be, but I am not pushing it. So long as creature works and suits the world, I believe it is good. The only thing I don't want is for everything to be new and unfamiliar. Personally, I think the only r...

Re: Cyrodiil Creatures
Infragris has a good point and I agree. Spriggans might fill in the niche of Nymphs, it's true. Nymphs could be present and I do feel that they would fit the world, especially Gold Coast, but they are definitely not necessary by any means. Good exception in Morrowind is the Dreugh though. It has ver...

At SHOTN we are already at a point where creatures like the wormmouth and the spikeworm take some of what makes Morrowind unique away. Yeah, I honestly didn't like these guys too much. Too Morrowindish I think, but they'll probably grow on me as long as there aren't too many and they are used well,...

Strictly speaking, they are not cosplayers. These are actual clothes made by a famous designer, who bases her works on traditional clothing. Keep in mind that one male doublet costs at least $1000, so yeah. They are of later period than the ones you have posted, so they are different. I just think t...

These might provide interesting clothes for the nobility or the rich of either Bruma, Falkreath or any other places you might think of. They are slightly more refined than your average Skyrim jarls, might be considered due to some Imperial influence http://i.imgur.com/lxWCjEk.jpg http://i.imgur.com/...

I just hope you won't overthink it too much :D I can understand the desire to make it as creative as possible. I mean it's a mod for Morrowind, right?
