Project Tamriel

The WIP files for the Gold Coast subterrean tileset. This set is needed for stuff like cellars and for the GC cistern interior. Should also be used extensively for the warehouse tunnels underneath Sutch. This also includes some exterior assets for Sutch, such as a wide double gate and cave dwelling entrances.

Still unfinished, but posted here just so I don't lose the files or whatever.
