a. Padrul(Redguard, m, merchant): Owner of the building. Lives on the Top floor.
b. Cartos(Redguard, m, commoner):Tenant.
c. Cimber Caro(Imperial, m, commoner):Tenant.
d. Tacita Censorinus(Imperial, f, commoner):Tenant.
The exterior file can be found in this thread.
Always use the latest file.
