Ivrol Estate NPCs and General Dialogue[Violet]

This is a claim to create the NPCs of Ivrol Estate in the CS, set the ownership of items in Ivrol Estate, add locks to chests and doors in Ivrol Estate where appropriate, and write general dialogue for the settlement in the following topics:

"latest rumors"
"little advice"
"little secret"

"someone in particular"
"specific place"
Greetings
Load the following files and save as a new esp:
-Latest Cyrodiil_Main
-Latest PC_Anvil
Do not rename the interior cells.

Ivrol Estate
Outside:
a. Arnav(Colovian, m, soldier): On patrol.
b. Linello(Bosmer, m, farmer): Working fields.
c. Kalva(Colovian, f, farmer): Tending orchard.
93. Ivrol Family Crypt
a. Zerik(Redguard, m, soldier): Ivrol Guard.
95. Main Manor
a. Velius Ivrol(Colo-Nord, m, noble): Head of the Ivrol family, an influential figure in the politics of Sutch due to his ownership of Bleak Mine, one of the major salt mining operations on the shores of Lake Oloman, though lately he has been on bad terms with the people of Sutch and the Kali Mes.
b. Amia Ivrol(Colo-Nord, f, noble): Wife of Velius.
c. Theophon Ivrol(Colo-Nord, m, noble): Son of Velius, learning the family business. Theophon is enthusiastic about business as a means to an end.
d. Tyrabor(Colovian, m, soldier): Guard.
96. Salt Warehouse
97. Farmhands’ Housing
a. Kalva lives here but is out tending the orchard.
b. Linello lives here, but is out working the fields.
98. Guest Manor
a. Mila Ivrol(Colovian, f, soldier): Cousin, a legion captain on leave from assignment in the provinces.
b. Telrav Ivrol(Colovian, m, merchant): Another cousin, went off to start his merchant venture adventure, it flopped, now he spends his days drinking and trying to pitch bad ideas to his cousin in hopes of securing an investment.
c. Statius Centho(Imperial, m, merchant): Business associate of Velius,visiting on business.
d. Thador(Bosmer, m, pauper): Servant.
e. Enie(Redguard, f, commoner): Cook.
99. Farm Storage
a. Kheverr(Ohmes, m, farmer): Farmer.
100. Guards’ Housing
a. Cinda lives here, but is on duty in the towers.
b. Syron lives here, but is on duty in the towers.
c. Arnav loves here but is on patrol outside.
d. Tyrabor lives here, but is on duty in the Main Manor.
101. Guard Towers
a. Cinda(Colovian, f, warrior): Guard.

Very, very small start.

All of the exterior NPCs have been made and placed, Velius and Amia have been made but not placed as I accidentally used an earlier version of the PC_Anvil file with none of the ints merged (or if they were merged, none of them were renamed with "Ivrol Estate, ").

None of the dialogue is currently implemented. Lines currently left unwritten:

-A generic line for "Ivrol Estate" topic, as well as a unique one for Velius and his wife & son.
-Zerik's line tweaked, as I moved him from inside the crypt to just outside.

From my count, about 6/16 NPCs are currently in the file.

And done, I believe. Changelog:

-All NPCs have been created and placed
-All Dialogue entries from the spreadsheet have been implemented too, including necessary tweaks and a few extra ones (that were entirely necessary, I assure you).
-A new enchanted weapon was made for one of the guards, this is NOT meant to be an artifact but rather a "unique" item in the same vein as Greed and Banhammer from vanilla.
-Cleaned

Nothing has been tested as of yet.

Merging notes:

The Ivrol Family Crypt should be locked with a very high lock, and trapped. All of the Ivrols should carry a copy of the key on their person imo, at the very least Velius, Amia, and Theophon. The key has not been made.

CHANGELOG V2:

Issues squashed:

-imperial ebony on Velius
-Mila in militia gear instead of legion gear
-Linello's name
-disposition on theophon's my trade entry 60 -> 30
-typo In the general line on Velius Ivrol

REVISED MERGE NOTES:

-The Ivrol Family Crypt should be locked with a very high lock, and trapped. All of the Ivrols should carry a copy of the key on their person imo, at the very least Velius, Amia, and Theophon. The key has not been made.

-Mila is meant to be in the Imperial Legion, but T_Cyr_ImperialLegion currently has no ranks. So she's factionless for now. Whenever that gets resolved (before OR after merge), please fix accordingly.

-Amia, Velius, and Theophon are all members of the Colo-Nord Lords faction, however, I'm not actually sure what rank they should be. So for now they're all Partisan rank (Rank 3). I'll leave a more informed person on the subject (aka Infra) to swoop in and give the correct rankings when said informed person sees this.

Changelog for V3:

-Fixed the PC_County and PC_NoLore conditions (or lack thereof) that Worsas pointed out.
-control conditioning -> PC_Control conditions for Telrav's little advice.
-Telrav's little advices actually require you to have at least 1 Aliyew on you in order to get the ones in which you give him some Aliyew, and it actually does remove the Aliyew in your inventory now.


NOT tested yet, though as a dialogue claim the only thing that probably needs to be tested is Telrav's minigame.

V4 CHANGELOG

-Added a new PCcontrol based forcegreeting to Zerik. (UNTESTED)
-Switched Theophon and Velius around, as they were in each other's bedrooms,
-Removed some of the Nolores from some of the NPCs, as it was a bit annoying trying to fish for the generic dialogue beforehand.
-Added a new guard to guard to northern entrance/exit towards Sutch, as it was previously unguarded.

Follow the revised merging notes in "CHANGELOG V2" for merging
