Claim for updating the location marked Hf_06 on the following map:

Tasks:
-Expand and detail the island, could have a small barrow, a Reaver camp and an animal den
-Thin the forest out for navigability (See Hf_11)
-Fill the forest with container plants
-Add a few small minor islands to the sea
-Make the terrain naturally slope up to the island
-Update the coast with new assets and style from Hf_05
-Create progressively less detailed underwater terrain until the claim border
- Ice tribe cave?

Smoothed out the island a bit (the claimant needs to finish), and assigned more of the claim to the Sea of Ghosts region.

I think this island should have a reclusive Ice Tribe. We need some geographic continuity between the tribes of the HR/Skyrim border and the tribes around the Pale, so this would be a good place to do it.

Put them in a cave. Perhaps an ice one.
