Claim for updating the location marked Hf_07 on the following map:

Tasks:
-Create the small Lighthouse village (cod fishers, lots of log stockpiles (any ideas for a proper name are welcome))
-Fill the forest with container plants
-Update the coast with new assets and style from Hf_09
-Create progressively less detailed underwater terrain until the claim border
-Add some rocks/mountain statics to the steep section (?)

Assigned Sea of Ghosts region to more of the cells, added a bit of Sand_02 to untextured cells that need to be detailed by the claimant.
