Claim for updating the location marked Hf_11 on the following map:

Tasks:
-Update the coast with new assets and style from Hf_05/8/9
-Create the road connections shown on the gridmap (doesn't need to be exact)
-Fill the forest with container plants
-Change the road into a dirt road, and reduce it to 1 tile wide
-Add points of interest (caves, barrows, ruins, etc.)
-Create farm at the fork in the road between Morthal and the new road
