I'd like to take it.

Is this a transition for Sundered Hills textures?
And there seems to be a nord settlement on a border with SKY_XRE_30, does it belong here?

Eh there has been a lack of coordination here. Most of this claim is part of the Beorinhal claim, but I will try to split so you can continue the style from your former claim.

This and three other claims are currently a part of https://project-tamriel.com/viewtopic.php?f=123&t=36 being worked on by roerich. Once he finishes the work he wants to, it will be split back up and be made claimable by others to finish the remainder of the claim.

As I'm done with the work on the combined claim, I'm opening these up for claiming. MinerMan should upload a split off file soon.

Make sure to add a couple of Redguard (T_Rga) farmhouses and farms in this claim. They can be as big as you like, but the houses should keep to 4-5 rga farmhouses. Crops should be wheat, but could also include cabbage, leek, onion, apple orchards, etc. We have enough wineries further north, so no need for that here. The farms can also be include a couple of small Reachmen huts for native farmhands.

No regional adjustments for the lorchwuir heath have been performed on this claim.

All grass rocks have to be replaced by blank rocks. Moreover the container plant composition needs to be changed to this:
Dragynia, Persarine, Wither Wheat, Apple, Silver Palm
Please always consult the region stats - summary here on container plants:

Check the lorchwuir heath areas directly around karthwasten to get an idea on the intended clutter density of rocks. Consider adding an additional, small cliff range to this claim.

Unfortunately we've never had a proper place for region design instructions, due to my own fault mostly.

Let me know if you still want to work on this claim. Otherwise I'll move it back to unclaimed.

I still found many instances of honey lilly, Taragetis and Vicar herb across the lorchwuir heath portion of your claim.

There are still much too few instances of Wither Wheat. There can be as many of five times the amount you placed so far.

Additionally there should be much less mushrooms around. Mushrooms on grass land should be an exception. They are intended for shady spots, such as beneath cliffs or trees or in the forest. (sorry for not pointing this out earlier)

The new cliff ranges and rocks look good.

Searched and deleted those plants, added more wheat and deleted some mushrooms, otherwise I found the mushrooms to be consistent with how they are used in the neighboring cells in sky main.
