Sorry for not giving it attention for almost a year.
It's finished now.

Note: i used new Asylum's Haafingar fireplace, it's in T_D addon thread.
Note: moved fireplace to the back side of the building.
Note: used one open window T_Nor_SetMarkarth_I_Window_01. closed front window in the exterior should be replaced.
Note: northmarker is set based on the old Markarth file, exterior shell was moved in the WIP file.

Clean: Yes
Lighting: Kinda dull, made the base settings darker and increased the radious of most sources
Northmarker: NA, placement of ext not final
Fits exterior: Yes
Pathgrid: Mostly good, required minor adjustment
Illegal to Sleep Here: yes, correct
Gridsnap: Yes

Bleeders:
T_Com_CandleStickIron_01: bled slightly into wall
T_Nor_FurnM_Chair_03: bled slightly into bench
T_Nor_Set_Window_02b: bleeding slightly into above railing.
T_Nor_SetMarkarth_I_Floor_01: both the above and below section were bleeding into the rest of the floor notcibly flickering, slightly lifed and slightly lowered each side respectivly to mask said.

Floaters:
T_Nor_SilverGoblet_01: floating above shelf
T_Imp_NineholesBoard_01: foot floating over edge of shelf
T_Rea_Drink_TeaGyrrg_01: floating over floor

Other:
deleted T_Com_Frypan_01 was floating: bleeding and scaled down by half.
door leading to the basement dining room was visbly clipping above, lowered it and adjusted the planks around it
Added a rug to the landing between the top and ground floors
