Street level and basement: The home and shop of a Redguard pawnbroker. Shouldn't necessarily stock Redguard-culture goods.
Upper level(s): The apartment of a female Nord widow.

Note for review/merging - the pawnbroker window has been changed from the outside. It's now a tavern window, to let a bit of light in, but can be changed back as necessary.
