The Praetorium is the local "guildhall" for the Imperial Curia faction, the Empire's administrators. Most of the space is taken up by the large, luxurious villa of the Praetor, but the entrance and lower levels are used by the faction itself: they harbor several cramped offices for clerks, reception rooms, and a modest archive. The difference between the dingy office spaces and the grand villa should be very obvious, and it should not be easy to move from one to the other.
I've only had a very quick look. There were two places with these incomplete struts in place. You'll either have to use the room tiles without struts or make sure that they are covered up somehow.
With a final refcount of 2227, this beast of an interior is finished and ready for review. It is dependent on PT Data Addon version 1. It does not yet have a pathgrid. Good luck to Thal who has reserved the review for this thing.
