[Region reference] Colovian Highlands Exterior: CH_01 [Hal Verovar] [spineinside]

Hal Verovar is an isolated Highlands settlement. Towns such as these pride themselves on being true Colovians, independent frontiersmen who eke out an existence on the edge of Imperial civilization. Despite this, the town is dependent on trade with the lowlands for most of their necessities. They work in logging camps, charcoal burning, farming and goat herding. The town is governed by Lord Wariel, a paranoid and suspicious noble.

Cut off all western CH border cells - C0da works on them (CH_06)

Claim borders back to the original size shown on the map, did some border matching with 04, will need another go at it when we can all border match with 02

update:

almost all needed rocks has been placed,

plain fort ruins

some static flora placement

minor changes around Wariel mansion
