Colovian Highlands Exterior: CH_10 [Unclaimed]

Area marked CH_10 on this map:
High elevation wilderness claim. The river source would be high, near a peak, and use water statics. There is a Reman ruin along a dirt road, perhaps as a crossing for the fork in the road. Claim should be closely coordinated with CH_07 for the pond and river, and with CH_11 so no major elevation changes happen between the 2.
