Should be a small one-room interior behind this red door where Rhathik and his assistant can work on maintaining the elevator.

A workbench, some shelves with tools and parts. Include bathhouse spare pipes if you want - he works there as well.

If you're feeling creative, you could cobble some niche in the wall that exposes parts of the Ascensor (the elevator) machinery. Like vertically stretched chains and counterweights, etc.

Kindly, use poor furniture in this place. See Rhathik's house interior for inspiration.

WIP upload - layout and entrance/elevator niche cobble figured out mostly. Just needs a pass of clutter and some tweaks hopefully. Note: Exterior is an anvil set door so I had to make a weird transition.
