Notes:
60.Defense Wall and Lookout Towers (three interiors)
Three towers along a defense wall separating the West Navy docks and HQ from the main part of the city.
a. Navy Guards
The exterior file can be found in this thread.
Always use the latest file.

Note: the MW_Containers, those are placeholders pending Cyro versions which are being worked on, if those haven't been made when these are merged delete them.

Small revision to the watchtower, added a round to the top of it.

Note on the MW containers being placeholder remains for the reviewer.
