Anvil, Praetorium (Refit)[Lumpag/Kaiel][Reviewed]

Refit of Anvil's Praetorium for its new shell and location. Claimant should start from scratch, but some clutter can be used from the old int if desired.

The old claim can be found here.

This is the headquarters of the Imperial Curia faction in Anvil. Aside from the entry hall and a luxurious private residence for the Praetor, which should use R furniture and wall panels, the bulk of this building should use M. Like other faction halls, there should be niches for service providers appropriate to the faction, a room for members to bunk, and a "fancier" public entryway distinct from the more utilitarian private back areas. NPCs here will be clerks, scribes, and archivists - a very small records library should be included, with mostly generic TD records books.

For this refit, claimant should avoid replicating the labyrinthine layout of the original, and make sure that all parts of the int serve a characterization and/or gameplay purpose. This is a playable faction hall, and it should facilitate a player visiting the int often for quests.

Clean, pathgridded, and ready for review. Introduces 2 BkGens, they were there when I got the file, I added the NPC notes as markers with where each NPC should stand, their function, etc. Split into PC_Anvil, Praetorium and PC_Anvil, Pratorium: Praetor's Villa due to refcount.

Praetor’s Villa:
The room before the vault: Moved the plate with cheese, the piece of cloth, and a knife to the cupboard. Added a silver cup to the desk. Adjusted a quill and a piece of paper. Replaced T_Imp_FurnR_ChairHigh_01 with furn_com_r_chair_01. Adjusted almost all of the books. Sunk the pointy flasks. Adjusted tapestries. Adjusted 2 x T_Imp_FurnR_TableSmall_02, the cupboard’s and the benches’ rotation. Removed the washing clutter and placed a flower planter instead. Added food clutter: 2 x T_IngFood_Grape_01, 3 x Misc_Imp_Silverware_Cup_01. Filled the cupboard with silverware and 2 x flins. Turned T_Imp_SetGC_DoorIn_01 around so it wont overshadow the desk when opened. Added cure poison potion. Unlocked the teleport door between this cells and the other one.

The dining room: Added a silver pitcher and a silver plate under the soap to the washing table (added 1 piece of soap and a yellow cloth from another washing table that I’ve culled). Added T_IngFlor_FlaxFlower_02 into the water. Added T_IngFlor_BloodlilyFlower_01 to the silver vase. Culled 2 x T_Imp_SilverWareDish_02. Added cyrodiilic brandy and wayrest wine, another silver cup and a resist paralysis potion. Placed T_IngFood_Olives_01. Adjusted tapestries. Removed the door leading to this room from the entrance corridor.

The vault: Locked 2 x T_CyrCom_Furn_Ch3G500 with 70 and one with 60, T_CyrImp_Furn_ChS1Gem with 50, and T_CyrCom_Furn_Ch3ArmAdam with 80. Culled T_Imp_SilverScales_01. Added T_Com_Adamant_Crossbow_01 on a small shelf to complement both the adamantium armor chest and the barrels with bolts. Locked T_Com_Var_DoorVault_01 with 90. Added T_Imp_Furn_CoatoFarmsCyr_01. Moved T_CyrImp_Furn_ColEmpty to the vault and changed it to T_CyrImp_Furn_ColA2G.

The bedroom: Adjusted T_Imp_SetGC_I_Railing_01. Rotated T_CyrImp_Furn_ChS2Jewel to face the user. Added 2 planters with flowers. Added T_Com_Subst_Perfume_01 and T_Com_Subst_Perfume_02. Added a shelf with books. Added carved wood tableware. Replaced T_Imp_Drink_RicebeerMori_01 with Tamika’s wine. Added some ingredients as curiosities the praetor might collect: ivory and lamia hair. • T_Note_LetterEmpty03PC in the room with 4 desks and a lecturn needs custom text for flavor or a quest hook (Dev note added).
• Also, there’s a copy of Bellman, which should be replaced with the Abecean Monitor when available (Dev note added).
• Sewers entrance should be checked with the sewers interior.
• Windows need to be adjusted this way: one, two, three.
• T_BkGen_PropertyLedgerCuria and T_BkGen_TaxReportCuria should probably become a part of TData.
