Brina Cross NPCs and General Dialogue[Violet]

This is a claim to create the NPCs of Brina Cross in the CS and write general dialogue for the settlement in the following topics:

Load the following files and save as a new esp:

Do not rename the interior cells.

PC_Brina Cross v0.3 update.

About 12 or so NPCs have been made, and some of the dialogue has been added. Still have 23 NPCs left to make, I have yet to place any of them, and I haven't finished writing the dialogue, let alone implementing all of it. This will be considered v1.0 once all NPCs are made and placed, and all or most of the dialogue is as well. Until then, there's nothing really to test or anything.

PC_Brina Cross v0.5 update

-About 16 NPCs left to make.
-All currently written dialogue is implemented
-Most implemented NPCs are placed.
-Most generic dialogue has been written, but the vast majority of unique dialogue has yet to be written.

Eventual merge notes:

-PC_BC_Aisal is a caravaner for travel between Brina Cross, Sutch, Anvil, and Kvatch. I put her near one of the gates along the Gold Road, but no carriage exists in PC_Anvil currently.
-Services -> "Temple of Mara...." currently can't be obtained due to the interior cells not having their finalized "Brina Cross, (int name)" names. When this file is merged and those interiors are renamed, add "Not Cell = (int cell name)" to the dialogue conditions for this line. The interiors being listed in the resultbox for a reminder/convenience.

Still considered v0.5. Only a few more npcs implemented.

IDs follow convention now.

v0.6 Update Changelog

-11 NPCs left to make.
-Most greetings have been added.
-The only big (generic) line of dialogue left to write is the Specific Place line. All other lines planned to be included in the file have been written (barring any that I decide to come up with on the spot).

UPDATE V1.0

Should be ready for review. All dialogue that's needs writing is written, as is all the additional dialogue besides that. I decided to add 3 NPCs not in the original npc list, they don't have unique dialogue and are mostly there to fill space tbh. They are an Ohmes walking around outside, and 2 farmers working out in the fields just outside of the town.


MERGING NOTES:

PC_x2-BC_Aisal is a Caravaner who is meant to caravan the players from Brina to Anvil, Sutch, and Kvatch. Kvatch and Sutch aren't in the section but Anvil is. I set her up to travel but not to any destination, as I have no idea how markers work. She'll need to be able to send the player to just outside the Caravan Stop at Anvil's gates.

Everybody without a unique "backgrond" entry should be given the generic "I am Name, Class"
pc_guard_gc_f - levelled list pauldrons
pc_guard_gc - levelled list pauldrons
pc_i2-bc_arahn - No shoes, should be male redguard, dialogue says "dead in her manor"
pc_i2-bc_alsia - needs morrowind specific spells removed
pc_i2-bc_melia - needs morrowind specific spells removed
pc_i2-bc_lihien - wearing studded armor, should be moved to a chest she owns
pc_i2-bc_larenis - "my trade" for drill masters states he offers training, should set him up with athletics, acrobatics and block
pc_x2-bc_merilla - no "my trade"
pc_x2-bc_kelyras - 0 dialogue options. Quest guy or mistake?
pc_i2-bc_brescis - wearing iron stuff, should be moved to a chest he owns
pc_i2-bc_irsu - wearing misc armor, should be moved to a chest he owns
Brina Cross, North Wind Merchant - kinda weird to have guards in his locked rooms

UPDATE V1.1

-As stated on discord, the generic "I am %name, %class." line will be done in Cyrodiil_Main.
-PC_Guards come like that, I just use them (I think it's to make the guards feel a bit more unique? I don't mind it)
-PC_x2-BC_Kelyras has a new Goodbye Greeting for my and the player's amusement (but also so that if he is shown not to have dialogue topics ever again it won't feel weird).
-The levelled armor stuff was removed but not moved to a chest, as doing so would result the containers doubling. When assigning ownership, please check/add some random armor stuff to Brescis, Irsu, and Lihien owned containers. Brescis should have the most, Irsu should have the best on average (topping out at medium or maybe 1 or 2 pieces of mid-high quality stuff), Lihien should have the least and the worst).
-Rest of the issues were taken care of.
