Clean: yes
Lighting: Okay, ambient setting was too dark and two silver candles were causing greenlight. Added fog.
Northmarker: correct
Fits exterior: Yes, chimney needs to be moved to the east side.
Pathgrid: mostly good, removed paths leading into locked room downstairs
Illegal to Sleep Here: Yes, correct

Deleted the mounted Argonian Head, these are pretty exclusive to the Cammona Tong, Slavers or the Dres, and this guys other clutter has him set up as a Redoran, who as a rule find such displays distasteful. (Heads of slain enemies are another matter)
replaced the large tapestries with saint banners, the the tribunals behind their shrine and banners to Veloth and Rilms over the door (travelers and pilgrims respectively)
replaced the tapestries and rugs with de ones of the same colour. (There were a fair few of these over in the warehouse when I reviewed it, so their presence here is justified)
Replaced the travel lanterns with dark elf paper lanterns, to round out the above
added some redware pots, on the fireplace (not really a taste of home for Dunmer without redware placed for the hell of it)
added a few hortator cards, just to help proliferate the game being part of the world more. Didn't add a spawner for the game just to keep the int from ending up over-crowded.
