Anvil Census and Excise Cutter [Lumpag] [Reviewed]
A cutter operated by the Census and Excise Office. Mainly tasked with hunting pirates and smugglers in the Abecean Sea.

Posting this for Safekeeping in case things go south.
Almost all (planned) clutter is in and it's clean.
I still need to deal with the issues of an accidental extra cell,
the ship's name and the doormarker.

The ship will be named Glisterpike. It's not a Navy vessel, so it doesn't get a TEM prefix.
