Sutch's caravanserai (G25) is a refuge and way station for traders and travelers passing through Sutch. Unlike the high-end Two Bridges Inn on the acropolis, the caravanserai is solidly lower-class. This cell should have a bar, kitchen, a bit of storage, and a small room for the innkeeper. No tables -- these are outside.
This claim also includes G26, three rooms rented to traveling merchants. Two of these should be occupied by caravaners, and the third should be empty and clean (to be rentable by the player).
