The home of Rhathik, an eldery Redguard engineer who maintains the Ascensor in service of the Baron. His work is highly valued by Baron Nesor, who pays him lavishly and even invites him to dinner every couple of weeks. Rhathik’s modest cave dwelling is quite comfortably outfitted, though a large part of it is taken up by work benches where he builds and repairs ascensor parts, as well as his own small technical experiments. Also has a small library of books related to the Dwemer or practical sciences and alchemy. Rhathik is also responsible for some water management systems in the local bath house.
Rhathik has an apprentice whom he is rather fond of, though the feeling is not mutual. This int should have separate lodgings for both the master engineer and his apprentice.
