Anvil, Harrik Oaken-Hull's House [christixn][Reviewed]
Home of Harrik Oaken-Hull, the Nord captain of the Serpent's Wake. Harrik is a well-to-do merchant captain and occasional buccaneer who spends long amounts of time at sea. People look down on Harrik for marrying a local Bosmer from the poor district named Hasathil.
Claimant should use a sensible combination of R and M furniture, though not in the same rooms. Naval theming is encouraged, ideally in a kitschy way (this guy is a buccaneer). While this house is fairly well-to-do, it should not be as well-kept and organized as a manor or apartments in the rich district.

After talking with Tani, we decided this interior should be middle-class throughout. I changed the int to accommodate for it. I kept the silverware and high class miscs because the int is still upper middle-class. I also npced the interior with Harrik and his wife.

Overall, watch out for floaters, there's a lot of them in this int, esp. on the first floor. Here's an example of how to avoid floaters:
These objects have a solid outline not intersecting the floor, this means they are floating. You can usually fix this by pressing F on the keyboard, which should make them fall to the floor. Some meshes will need manual adjustment depending on their bounding box, whether the mesh sticks out, and the interaction with the CS's fall. Lights are especially problematic with F. If you can't adjust it enough to get it right, under File->Preferences you can reduce the Object Move increment on the right side of the window.
What you want to see in 95% of cases is this:
The dotted lines show the object is intersecting the floor at its lowest point, no longer floating. Similarly, if the lines disappear completely, the object is bled. Bleeding is more commonly required due to some of our meshes having parts extending beyond where they should sit flush, like the nails on the trophies.
