A large, sumptuous manor belonging to a wealthy Redguard merchant family, the K’Alvo clan. The K'Alvo clan has a peculiar relationship with Valera Acini – in fact, their respective manors are built on top of each other, connected through a staircase and a private lift shaft through which they ferry their goods. The manor features a warehouse of sorts, where goods are stored. Together with Acini, the K’Alvo family are involved in the Kali Mes smuggler’s network: they evade inspections of goods by sending them up in the private elevator. The Kali Mes smuggles moon sugar by hiding it in salt shipments.
At least 3-4 people live in this int, and the layout should include quarters for each. Claimant is encouraged to also claim or work closely with the claimant for Acini Manor.
