Anvil office and warehouse for the Royal Haafingar Company, a profitable Skryim-based firm that exports the fine timber of the Solitude Forest, used in the adjacent Shipworks and by craftsmen of the Furnishers Guild (among others). The Company also manages a tidy little trade in furs, whalebone, and other Nordic sundries. The warehouse is mostly these goods, as well as some Cyrodiilic goods for export back to the north -- timber is stored outdoors.
This int should use M furniture in the office and P furniture in the warehouse. Please include a small reception area downstairs and an office area upstairs in the non-warehouse section. No beds here -- the two Nords who manage this office live elsewhere in town.
