Strand [Moyglass][Reviewed]
Ruins of Strand, a Reman-era fortification sacked by the armies of the Usurper when locals gathered inside for shelter. Only the cellar remains, accessible by a trapdoor.

Pretty much finished, just need to update the northmarker. I'll have to wait for the next Anvil update to check the rotation of the trap door

• Scaled up T_Imp_Set_DoorCell_01 to 1.02 to fill the doorframe.
• Culled T_Com_Var_Shackles_01.
• Moved T_CyrImp_DngRuin_Bc2Coi a bit, so the player won’t be able to loot it while standing on the entrance platform.
• Put T_Com_BrokenBottle_06 on a side.
• Adjusted T_Glb_Var_Skeleton02.
• Adjusted imperial shield.
• Replaced misc_com_bottle_08 with misc_com_bottle_09 for variety.
• Culled T_Com_WoodPlatter_c01.
• Hid p_restore_health_e behind a cupboard.
• Placed cobweb.
• Removed an extra ceiling piece floating above the interior.
