Anvil, Canal West Tenements (Refit) [Taniquetil][Reviewed]
Canal West Tenements is one of the larger poor apartment buildings in Anvil. It houses many of Anvil's poorest, including dockworkers and shipbuilders.
Residents:
four members of the Srethuun tribe of bosmer, a clan of exiles from Valenwood
Sorius Lavin, a retired Legion drillmaster involved in a Brina Cross quest
Gemma Caprenius, a half-mad Candlestick Enthusiast suffering from Brass Fever
Charile Gellie and Frenk, two destitute paupers. Charile is involved in a Ratcatchers Guild quest
Fenrik Torn-Ear, a werewolf in recovery (he claims)
Daia Pratania, an apprentice mage who is plotting some mischief with the bookseller in the Bazaar
Hosni, a Redguard commoner who works at the Shipworks
Flavien Herault, a courtesan with the Guild who is sick and tired of his next-door neighbor's werewolf shenanigans
