MK12 Party Favors [Quinataras]

Note: this quest should only be available to players who have started MK10 - Matriculation. Quest NPCs should acknowledge in dialogue if the player has graduated.

Stafin Torentius, self-appointed leader of the College's partygoers, needs someone to visit his dealer, Snurga gro-Saghoz, at the Dockside Warehouse. Snurga will suggest leaving through the side door, which is wise as a guard outside the main doors will forcegreet the player if they get too close, accusing them of carrying contraband and giving them a bounty. Stafin won't allow the player to finish the quest until he has the goods, so confiscated drugs will need to be recovered from the jail's Evidence Chest.
