Dragonfields 06 - Bjoulsae Headwaters [mmgery]

The upper reaches of the Bjoulsae River, which span both sides of the High Rock/Hammerfell border. This area is mostly wilderness, because the river is too shallow for boats to navigate far above Heldorn.

Please follow the Dragonfields region guide when developing this claim.

Points of interest:
- The source of the Bjoulsae River, emerging from the edge of the Druadach highlands (if it makes more sense to make some of these cells DH region, feel free)
- at least one Ostern farm on the north bank
- at least one Redguard farm (in Reach set) on the south bank
- A small Riverfolk encampment (use placeholder tents for now)
- Loth'Na Cavern, a strange cave system which contains an ancient sacred stone-shrine
- 1-3 other grottoes and caves

Claimant should make this file a dependency of Sky_Main.esm and detail the northwest third of cell -119,14 alongside the cells marked on the claim map. When this is done, the detailing work in that cell can be moved into Sky_Main so that there is a clean project border.

Please make sure the actual Bjoulsae source is in cell -120,14 so that it stays inside HR427.
