An unnamed grotto just outside Anvil, location of the headquarters of a Nibenese Drowner cult of Molag Bal operating in the city.

Done. I think.

Quest hook: I put a generic enchanted ring in the prison room, replacing it with a unique one and being able to return it to its owner's next of kin might be nice.

I think the already planned quest for the cult is enough, but maybe the ring can be a reward of sorts.
