Exterior Location #06 on the following map:


Small tavern for Seppaki- before opening : at present the interior pieces wont connect properly to make a shell for the ext so will require assets before this can be set to unclaimed.

Notes:

Sima(Redguard, f, publican): owner, operator, wife,
Alkar(Colo-Redguard, m, publican): bartender, husband

Please use the T_Imp_SetGC set.

Would like to pre-claim this once it is open, if possible

Cobbled a shell from existing pieces:
- All windows correspond to the exterior.
- Entrance linked with exterior (file depends on Cyr_main and PC_Sutch).
- Fireplace corresponds to exterior.
- Northmarker corresponds to exterior.
- Light settings are set.
- Illegal to Sleep checked.
- Left some useful pieces floating near the shell for ease of further construction.

If you have to, feel free to:
- Move/delete windows.
- Move the fireplace.
- Remake the cobbled doorjamb between two house shells (you could try making it out of wooden beams if you like).
- Create rooms and the second floor.
