Driftwatch Keep is the main forward operating base for the East Navy, and the headquarters of the Temaris Squadron. The keep should be well-maintained but a bit sparse -- the Navy's budget is stretched thin. Should include three interior cells:
The main keep, containing the small chapel, barracks, and mess hall
The Commodore's Tower, containing the residence of the Knight Commodore on site and lodgings for her high-ranking subordinates, as well as an operations room with a map table (see Firewatch's navy base)
The dungeons, a dank underground complex connecting the two main buildings and containing warehouse storage and prison cells for pirates, smugglers, etc
This claim should use LegionCyr int pieces and M furniture throughout, with the exception of the tower, which should use R furniture.

Addendum: The ranking officer of Driftwatch should be a Commodore not an admiral.
The tower in the admiralty keep should be used for a singular battlemage on station here.
Claimant for the fortress may want to try to make the interior feel like a place manned at below full strength.

Drastically changed the Commodore's Keep layout to make it similar to the Navy's keep on Firewatch, and started to furnish and clutter the keep now that the last missing tower int piece has been merged to TD
