Anvil, Hasi Manor - Refit [christixn] [Reviewed]

The manor of Commodore Hasi, a Redguard nobleman in the Imperial Navy who is a personal advisor to Countess Umbranox.

This is a refit of this old claim. Claimant should either start from scratch or modify the existing shell and re-clutter.

Should be R furniture and walls/floors throughout the common and living areas, with M-furnished quarters for two servants and a bodyguard. Please characterize Hasi's chambers with some Redguard touches to differentiate it from the other Cyrod manors in the rich part of Anvil.

The basement and most of the first floor are done. Had to split the basement into its own cell due to steadily approaching the 1000 ref limit. Now has around 400 refs in each cell which should be good.

Another update.

I merged the basement and first floor into a single cell as both of them constitute about half of the manor completed. I made everything above the first floor into an upper level cell. Currently, the vault, basement, entrance hallway, dining room, and kitchen are done.

Ready for review. Load with latest addon.

Please replace all the Colovian Steel armor with their Imperial Navy armor equivalents once it is merged. Replace the set of Imperial Silver armor with the Navy Officer armor once that is merged as well.

Remember that the paintings are off position because of the way the painting asset works and how you need to place them for them to appear center in game.

Minor tweaks:

Replaced some books in the study with ones that fit the theme of the navy/sailing.

Fixed a bleeding painting.

Replaced an empty amphora with gold variant in the master bedroom.

Changed the master bedroom lock from 50 to 60.
