As per the terms of the Treaty of Stros M'kai, the empire is permitted a small navy checkpoint to monitor seafaring activities around the island. Should be somewhat dilapidated in parts to reflect its underfunded nature. Needs a records room/office for bookkeeping, an imperial shrine, a small mess hall for stationed marines, and a couple of bunks for rest and recuperation. The lower level should have some jail cells for pirates caught by the navy. The imperial navy armor (in the latest TD) should be used as opposed to legion chain or newtscale.

Use furn_com_rm / imp_FurnM set.
