I only made empty shell with some basic stuff.
Decided to wait for NPC planning document, don't want to create ultrageneric apts, most of which i would have to replace later down the road.

As it happens, I had some notes that touched on this apt. These are WIP designations, so don't go too far into specifics if possible.
26. Gogan’s Apartments
Gogan (Redguard, m, warrior): townsperson. Owner of the apartment block, lives on the top floor. Upper middle class, reasonably affluent (enough to own a building)
Maelona (Redguard, f, commoner): townsperson. Lives with her husband Gogan on the top floor of the house. Upper middle class.
Junis Chaval (Colovian, m, agent): works as a money-counter and administrator in the Abecette gambling palace. Lower middle class, with an interest in finance and trade. Lives on the middle floor of the building
Sokar (Nord, m, commoner): quality carpenter. Has a small workshop in his house. Sells his finished products on the local market. Lives on the bottom floor, maybe uses part of the basement as storage of workshop.
Delisse Havariere (Breton, f, commoner): apprentice of the above. Has a small cot in Sokar’s apartment. Mostly just sweeps up the sawdust.
I would also recommend you contact Saint_Jiub for his edits to Anvil, he deleted a number of windows around town to help with fps. This will probably affect your shell.

Basic shell with rooms, based on Infragris' notes. Dedided to add basement.

Completed first apartment (smallest one on the first floor, though) + general fixes to the building (started to implement changes that will make it look more like modern apartment buildings).

Added and cluttered carpenter's workshop in the basement + some small additions in other parts of the interior.

Finished the rest.
Completely changed where both the windows and fireplace are.
An apartment on the 3rd floor may be a bit too luxurious - a lot of furn_r and plenty of silver cutlery - but i was thinking that's because they could get rich furniture way cheaper (there is a carpenter living on the ground floor after all).

Bleeders:
T_Com_Var_PlankBrokenA_04: bled slightly into crate
T_CyrCom_Var_Sk2MscGC: Didnt quite bleed enough
T_CyrCom_Var_Cr3MscGC2: bled slightly into room corner
T_Imp_Card_07: bled slightly into the chair
T_Imp_ColClayPlatter_01: bled slightly into closet

Floaters:
T_Com_Frypan_01: Floating above crate

Other:
Removed the redunant new containers, kept the ones for the basement
A few books were shrunk to fit shelves, re-adjusted size so was not as jarring should the player then drop them.
Removed deprecated books
Added pillows to bed on the top floor
Added cooking knives to kitchen

Review note
Lot of downscaled misc items in this claim, due to how they've been placed I dont think a player will be able to put them back exactly where they were so comparrisons should be minimal, but removed a few risky examples.
However, these may warrant removal in future.

MERGE NOTES
Remove window on the north side top floor and central window on the west side, add window to the south side second floor and move chimney south per image provided.
